receive a temporary ID number when you sign up. You will receive your fulfillment package

To locate a participating provider, visit our provider search. When calling a dentist for an
appointment, identify yourself as a member with access to the
Aetna Dental Access
SM Network.
Step 2:
You must show your ID card at
the time of visit to receive your discount. If you don't
have your ID card, the provider can call to verify that you are
a member of the Aetna Dental Access SM Network.
Step 3: You
are responsible for the total bill, less the applicable savings,
at the time service is rendered.

guaranteed, and provider network composition is subject to
change. Aetna does not provide medical or dental care/treatment
and is not responsible for outcomes. All dental care is the
responsibility of the treating provider, in consultation with
the participant. Selection of a dentist is also the
responsibility of the participant and is not based on any
representations by Aetna.
