Dental Access Plan Features
Aetna Dental Access® Network
The Dental Access Plan uses the Aetna Dental Access® Network. Likewise, due to the size of the network, you will likely have plenty of providers in your area to choose from.
Dental Plan Options
There are three plan options which includes; Individual, Individual Plus One and Family. The family option includes everyone that lives at the same address, notwithstanding dependants that are away to college. Secondly, age doesn’t matter because there are no age restrictions.
Monthly or Annual Plans
You also have the choice of monthly or annual plans designed to fit your budget, and they both have a 30 day money back guarantee. Nevertheless, if you decide not to continue the Dental Access Plan and cancel in the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund, less the one-time non-refundable $20 processing fee.
Dental Plan Start Date
You can start using your Dental Access Plan Immediately by selecting “First of This Month”. However, if you don’t need to see your dentist till next month, you can choose “First of Next Month”.
Dental with No Waiting
Another key point is, you can use this dental and vision discount plan as often as needed and there is No waiting – accordingly, you will have immediate savings on dental services including preventative, basic and major dental services.
EyeMed Vision
The Dental Access plan includes the EyeMed discount vision plan at no additional cost. Save 20% to 40% off the retail price of eyewear with the EyeMed Vision Care Access Plan D discount program through the Access network. Members are eligible for discounts on exams, eyeglasses and conventional contact lenses from more than 90,000 providers nationwide including independent optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians and leading optical retailers.
Member ID Cards
Your membership kit will include instructions and two dental ID cards, and are sent by U.S. mail. Additionally, you will also receive your temporary dental ID number by email right after you sign up. Cancel at any time – No questions asked – No cancellation fees.

The Dental Access plan is simple to use. 1) Simply use a dentist in the Aetna Dental Access network. 2) The dental office will charge you according to their Aetna dental fee schedule, saving you 15% to 50%. 3) Pay the remainder directly to the dental office.

There is no waiting, therefore you can use the Dental Access plan immediately for general dentistry to root canals, crowns, implants, cosmetic and orthodontia at over 231,000* available dental practice locations. You can also use your plan as often as you need as there are no usage limits.
EyeMed Discount Vision
In addition to your dental plan, we include the EyeMed vision plan, Saving you 20-40% on the retail price of eyewear and 15% on contact lenses with EyeMed. Over 65,000 participating locations nationwide.
