EyeMed Plan B Vision Insurance

Benefits

  • Eye exams focus on your eye health with $15 deductible every 12 months.
  • Contact lens exam and fitting with $15 deductible every 24 months.
  • Frames up to $150 frame allowance.
  • Contacts (in lieu of lenses and frames). Up to $150 allowance.
  • Single/bifocal/trifocal or lenticular lenses with $25 deductible every 24 months.
  • 40% off unlimited additional eyeglasses after initial benefit is exhausted.
  • Receive 20% discount on remaining frame balance (once allowance has been applied) and 15% discount on any balance over the conventional contact lens allowance.
  • Retail chains accepting EyeMed insurance include LensCrafters, Pearle Vision and Target Optical.
  • Take advantage of EyeMed provider discounts, including 20% off the remaining frame balance, materials not covered by the plan, and non-prescription sunglasses.

  • Frames with $25 deductible every 24 months. Up to $150 frame allowance.
  • Contacts (in lieu of lenses and frames). Up to $150 allowance.
  • Single/bifocal/trifocal or lenticular lenses with $25 deductible (combined for frames & lenses) every 24 months.
  • Retail chains accepting VSP insurance include Costco Optical, Sam’s Club, Visionworks and Walmart.
  • Take advantage of 20% off the remaining frame balance, additional prescription glasses, and non-covered lens options. And receive an extra $20 to spend on featured frame brands. Your laser vision correction discount can be used on LASIK or PRK procedures.
