Members will have access to discounted services and in most instances, can save 20% to 50% per visit on everything from general dentistry to root canals, crowns, implants, cosmetic and orthodontia at over 265,000 available dental access points.
Included is the Eyemed vision plan, Save 20-40% on the retail price of eyewear and 15% on contact lenses with EyeMed. Over 65,000 participating locations nationwide.

The EyeMed discount vision plan is included at no additional cost. Members save 20% to 40% off the retail price of eyewear with the EyeMed Vision Care Access Plan D discount program through the Access network. Members are eligible for discounts on exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses from more than 65,000 providers nationwide including independent optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and leading optical retailers such as LensCrafters®, Target Optical®, most Pearle Vision® locations and many more.
